Our H.O.O.D Alliance, Inc. is a Queens-based Community Based Organization (CBO) empowering communities by creating pathways to opportunity, stability, leadership, creativity, wellness, and lasting economic mobility.
We work alongside residents, not simply for them, to strengthen families, elevate youth, develop local talent, support entrepreneurs, protect and restore our environment, and build community power from within.

Our H.O.O.D Alliance exists to break cycles of inequity by connecting Queens residents with the resources, skills, relationships, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Rooted in the lived experiences of the neighborhoods we serve, our programs are culturally responsive, accessible, and designed around what communities actually need.

We support tree planting, environmental education, community greening, and reforestation efforts that strengthen neighborhoods, improve environmental health, and help build a more sustainable future.

We create opportunities for residents of all ages to express themselves through art, storytelling, music, culture, media, and other forms of creativity that strengthen confidence, identity, connection, and community voice.
